Nahuel Molina arrives in Rome for Roma medical and signing
Nahuel Molina has arrived in the Italian capital to finalize his transfer to Roma. The right-back is scheduled to undergo a medical examination and then sign a contract.
According to reports, the Argentine player reached Rome as planned and will complete his medical tests in the coming hours before committing to a multi-year deal with the Giallorossi. Molina departs from Atlético Madrid to become the latest addition to Gian Piero Gasperini's squad.
Molina fulfills Gasperini's need for right-flank quality at Roma
This transfer directly addresses the Roma coach's request for improved quality on the right side of the field. Molina, a 2022 World Cup winner with Argentina, brings valuable experience and offensive drive to the position. His signing allows Roma to focus on other transfer targets, particularly a new attacking midfielder, with players like Antonio Nusa, Malick Fofana, Jamie Gittens, and Rodrigo Mora being considered.
With Molina's move now confirmed, Roma has secured one of the reinforcements requested by Gasperini. The club has already welcomed Santiago Castro and Konstantinos Koulierakis this transfer window.
