What is learner licence in India ?

- First of All, Visit the Official Sarathi Parivahan Website: https://sarathi.parivahan.gov.in/
- Select your State and RTO Name.
- On the homepage, click on the ‘Learner License’ tab.
- From the options appearing, select ‘Print Learner License (Form 3)’
- Now, click on proceed button.
- Now, submit your application number and date of birth.
- Then, click on Submit button.
- Finally, download your Learner License (LL) PDF.
